These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nsr4d platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read this document carefully before using nsr4d.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use nsr4d. All accounts are subject to KTP-based age and identity verification. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active nsr4d account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the email address, phone number, or payment method used — violate these Terms and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Minimum wagering multipliers, eligible game categories, and expiry periods are specified in the relevant promotion terms and in Clause 7 below.
All transactions on nsr4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Processing times and minimum amounts are set out in Clause 6.
nsr4d employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes. Any account suspected of collusion, arbitrage abuse, bonus abuse, match fixing, or use of prohibited software will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations result in permanent closure.

By accessing the nsr4d Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the nsr4d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between you and nsr4d.
If you are accessing nsr4d on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In all cases, the registered Account holder bears personal responsibility for all activity conducted through their Account.
To register and maintain an Account on nsr4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of nsr4d complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. nsr4d makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any specific location. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the Member's own risk.
To become a Member of nsr4d, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of your details change.
nsr4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information you provide at registration or at any subsequent time. This includes but is not limited to:
nsr4d may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or all account activity pending the outcome of a KYC review. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You may only register one Account. If nsr4d identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment methods, or any combination thereof — all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any outstanding balances on duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nsr4d will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
You agree to:
nsr4d accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All bets placed and transactions processed through your Account prior to notification of unauthorized access remain the responsibility of the Account holder.
All deposits and withdrawals on the nsr4d Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). nsr4d does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Supported payment channels are:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction. nsr4d reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum limits without prior notice.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within 5 minutes of confirmed receipt of funds. Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on a business day are generally processed within the same calendar day. Requests submitted after 21:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays are processed on the following business day. nsr4d does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
nsr4d does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees; nsr4d has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such fees.
nsr4d may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, deposit match bonuses, referral bonuses, and other incentives to Members from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:
Members who nsr4d determines to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematically exploiting loopholes in promotional terms — will have their bonuses cancelled, their winnings forfeited, and their Account closed.
All bets placed on nsr4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. General betting rules applicable across all products are as follows:
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nsr4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the nsr4d Platform — including but not limited to the nsr4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of nsr4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of nsr4d. Any unauthorized use of nsr4d intellectual property will result in termination of your Account and may give rise to legal liability.
nsr4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
nsr4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transactions. Data shared with game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) is limited to session and game-round data necessary for game delivery and settlement.

Changes to deposit limits that reduce your current limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nsr4d's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any bet placed shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
nsr4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if nsr4d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
nsr4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside nsr4d's reasonable control (force majeure) may result in temporary Platform unavailability. nsr4d accepts no liability for losses resulting from such unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms limits nsr4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by nsr4d's negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
nsr4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for breach of these Terms, nsr4d may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where a Member has been found to have engaged in fraud, bonus abuse, or Prohibited Conduct, nsr4d reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, including both real-money and bonus funds. Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., closure not attributable to Member misconduct), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within 5 business days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nsr4d holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nsr4d's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
For Members resident in Indonesia, nsr4d operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts in relation to its gaming operations. However, Indonesian consumer protection principles are taken into account in nsr4d's dispute resolution process as a matter of good practice, and all Member communications may be conducted in Indonesian through nsr4d's customer support channels.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
nsr4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility requirements, bonus policies, or withdrawal terms — nsr4d will endeavor to provide at least 7 days' advance notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to comply with applicable regulatory requirements, may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised on every amendment. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
